Had it scanned twice at 2 dif auto part stores before and after I bought a new battery and they both came back saying low voltage. The salesman asked me to bring it in before the 27th (exactly 30 days from when I bought it) so I did. Their “mechanic” said everything checked out and nothing was wrong. I begged them to look into it further but NOPE. Picked it up and went straight to O’reillys to see if all the “tests” covert did passed. they all failed. I’m at a loss for words at how UNHELPFUL this place was. Sales manager said idk who told you there was a 30 day warranty but there’s not….real helpful guy…but the icing on the cake was when they said “at least it’s still turning over right??” Regret isn’t a powerful enough word for what I feel about this place and choosing to do business with them.

I called afterwards to look at a few vehicles which Derek had brought up front and ready for us to look at when we arrived. Oscar was available to assist us through the test drives and getting the contract which was absolutely low pressure and professional. We went over the car functions after dealer prep and we were 100% satisfied with the entire experience. We knew what we wanted and were able to go from that first chat contact before lunch to driving a new vehicle home that same day.
