Raving about John Cunningham who offered me a windshield warranty when I came in for an oil change and a chip in my windshield was found on inspection. Since I travel a lot each year in my car, I felt it was a reasonable investment, and here we are today, with a big chip in my windshield with cracks beginning to show. John with the windshield repair program at Covert Research location is amazing! I got a chip in my Cadillac XT4 windshield and paid John to repair and warranty it. Did a great job! The Cadillac ended up getting totaled and then my GMC Sierra windshield got a chip. John was able to transfer the warranty from my Cadillac to my GMC and repair the chip free of charge! John and entire Covert Research Service Dept. always exceed my expectations and provide fantastic customer service!

Our windshield has been cracked 5 times in a year because the roads in Austin are so filthy but John has been amazing and has fixed it immediately at no additional cost and it only takes 15-20 minutes.
