Came across my new Cadillac on AutoTrader. Contacted Covert Cadillac and was put in contact with Chris. After a few back and forth emails, I went to take a look/test drive. Chris was easy to work with and I did not feel pressured to make the deal. Initially the price was a little over my budget, but Chris and staff worked wit me to get the final price where I needed to make the sale.
I had a fantastic buying experience with Covert. I'm in the DFW area, found a pre-owned listing at Covert Austin that had just popped up, contacted them first thing the following morning, and started the process. Kafui was excellent to work with over the phone, sent me video of the vehicle, and I drove down the following day to purchase it. There were no surprises when I arrived and the vehicle was exactly as advertised. It was the best car-buying experience I've had. I highly recommend working with Covert!

BUYING PREOWNED FROM HERE IS A MISTAKE They were great until they weren’t. My car started having problems a week after I got it. Had it scanned twice at 2 dif auto part stores before and after I bought a new battery and they both came back saying low voltage.
