While we didn't buy from Covert. David Dempsey is the guy to see. He is attentive and goes to work for you. When we couldn't quite find what we were looking for, he went the extra mile to see if he could find the right car for us. He showed us over 10 cars. He does a great job of following up and doesn't try to sell you on a car that doesn't work for you. We couldn't find a car at Covert, but if they had the one we were looking for, we definitely would have bought from him.

We really appreciated all Gavin's time and dedication to finding the right car for me. He kept searching, updated me periodically and through this whole car buying experience was helpful, pleasant and very informative. In addition Gavin continues to assist me even after the sale. Kris was my salesman, he was very pleasant and easy to work with. He explained the vehicle options. I was very pleased that he didn't try to sell me a vehicle that I wasn't interested in nor could afford.Before I left the dealership Kris made sure that the vehicle was detailed and walked me though setting the vehicle up. I recently bought a used pick up from Kafui at Covert Cadillac. Everthing about the dealership was first class and they all made the buying experience very pleasant. Everyone in the dealership spoke to me as I wondered around and were most helpful. But, Kafui was my sales rep and he is the best of the best. He is pleasant, efficient, and knowledgable. He made the whole deal an excellent experience and he makes the entire dealership look good. If there were ever a model for the best car salesman, Kafui would be it.

The processed was smooth. The only cons is the trade-in price for my Cadillac was a little low.

I recently purchased the new Cadillac CT5. It’s a really nice car and I am loving it so far. I have driven two previous Cadillacs in the past. This time in purchasing a new car, I test drove the Audi A6. While call I loved the Audi, what helped me to make my final decision was the care and support that I have always received at Covert Cadillac in Austin. Bryan Glenn in sales, and Ryan Gibson in service always treat me right. They both go out of their way to build relationships with their customers and for me, that’s very important.
